I am experiencing yet another network issue, I love where the tower is. I pay for the 60mbps line but my highest speed is 1mbps, ping is over 100 and upl upload does not go over a megabit. When the towers are down, no one let's you k ow, you're in the dark, and I don't want to be constantly complaining. I have done all the necessary troubleshooting, the signal bar is full like all blue but still. When I run a speedtest on Ookla, It loses connection and the reboots on its own. I was down for 2 weeks and still I will get billed fully but I'm not receiving my line speeds, it's not fair If it's a router problem, please replace it because I can't carry on like this, it's bothersome. I can't even send a WhatsApp voicenotw without the thingy losing connection or worse, I can't even stream YouTube
