I am completely dissatisfied by what rain has been doing as I am a new customer

I am completely dissatisfied by what rain has been doing as I am a new customer. I paid my upfront fee and they had the audacity to take a amount that only had to be taken at the end of the month out of my account. I spoke to mulitiple agents about my issue and they promised a refund. No refund at all and it is day number 8 already, I am tired of waiting around and I need my money URGENTLY! Since they don't care that it was my last money. No records for the month of July meaning they used that money to pay for this month already which was not the agreement. I want my money please!
