I am always owing rain for a sim card that was canceled 2 years back
I had a rain simcard and I canceled it 2years back, mid this year I was told I owe an amount of R1200 so I adhered and pay and humbly ask them to cancel and they assured me that they canceled but yesterday I received a message to say I owe R332 again I paid and asked them to cancel and I was told they will cancel in the 30th of November but will still be owing R250 which I don't understand what is it for because I am not using thier services. Rain it's either you fix your mess and cancel your things or I will take legal action because this is affecting my credit score and I am also being ****med money for services I did not use.

25 Nov 2024, 10:40This is exactly what I was told after paying the R1200 but again I had to pay another amount of R332, I am promising you if you don't cancel I am taking a legal action against you because I can't be paying for something I don't even use. You are ****ming me
