I am a rain client who is very unhappy

I am a rain client who is very unhappy. Rain charged me R555 to use for 7 days instead of 30 days. Payment was made on 26 June 2025 until they disconnected me on 02 July 2025,meaning i used their service for 7 days. Now, they have disconnected my internet services because apparently my account is over due, yet i haven't used the service for a month. Rain says i must pay another R555 in order for my services to be reconnected. What happened to the rest of the days. Its not the 26th of July yet.
