I am a new user to rain and would NEVER recommend your company. I was promised a promotion by a consultant. The very next day I was charged a full premium. Then I try to resolve it via call centre. Eventually got hold of a manager Durlov. He then told me I am becoming aggressive and refused to give me feedback on my recordings. Imagine being a customer for 2 days and that's how a 'manager' talks to a customer? So *****ing money from a customer is acceptable but if the customer gets angry that's not acceptable????????
