I am a new member at rain, I have so many enquiries and the call centre agents are failing to resolve my matter when I have contacted their WhatsApp robot they are not helping, they do log my call but no one is calling me back

I am a new member at rain, I have so many enquiries and the call centre agents are failing to resolve my matter when I have contacted their WhatsApp robot they are not helping, they do log my call but no one is calling me back. If the did pick up my calls they will always refer me to the wrong department or person and it is been 3weeks now
