I already regret purchasing this

I'm still waiting for my delivery.. Ordered 5G on Sunday 27 November, still waiting for this thing. The only feedback I get is it's "queued for delivery", no date or feedback why it's still not delivered

I've been having network problems, you guys say you called me, but I don't receive anything. Granted, maybe because I have terrible network due to loadshedding. I tried to contact CCD Couriers on ***, but I hold the line for long periods of time and no one answers the phone. Can you PLEASE just deliver the package to my address?? I am here the whole and I will collect it.
