Hugely Disappointed

********** service and completely useless network. The "5G Rain One" was a huge disappointment. Despite there being a tower a few hundred metres down the road, the network consistently dropped, and support was near impossible to contact. (holding for over half an hour on the phone and still not getting through) I logged numerous tickets on the app for support, but they were never rep**** to or addressed. After eventually getting through on the phone and cancelling, they then promised to replace the ZTE router with a Hauwei router. Another two weeks went by and nothing happened so I was forced to cancel again for good. Overall a very very disappointing experience by a company that I had hoped would deliver. Using my phone / 4G hotspot proved more reliable.
