I had a good thing going with this new Rain 101, until I received an invoice indicating that I have to pay for a month in advance as well. Not only did I receive my order 9x days later from ordering it in August 2024, but now I have to pay again for September 2024 all on one month. This is completely unacceptable and their billing department/staff are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Please refer to your rain profile for more clarity. We have also seen that you have placed your account on a scheduled cancellation that will take place on 30/09/2024.
