How useless Rain internet is

I had been with Rain internet for about 2 or 3 years. I kept having problems with the signal phoned them numerous times struggled to get hold of them when. I did they said they would look into it but nothing was ever done about it. You can never get hold of them. I canceled never used the internet again. Was promised a refund but they don't contact you. Now they keep trying to debit account after 2 months of cancelation. When you get hold of them they say they will phone you back but there is nothing.
