How rain **** about making contact with customers

I am back here as since RAIN said they sent a message back to me it was all untrue. For the whole period I've been without internet until i got paid to pay them. The issue is still not resolved and their technical and financial department don't contact you. The very same thing will happen the end of this month again. I'm still waiting for my router to be replaced also.
