how many devices can connect at the same time on the rain sim cards. what are the guidelines of the different products looking at streaming, downloading and general connection to network

i have been having problems with the connection speed and also how many devices can be connected to the rain sim card 4 g unlimited before it starts failing on you. when i connect to Netflix and then my partner also connects we lose the signal, I have asked people in different areas of Gauteng and they also seem to be having the same problem. i have sent them the below email asking them to send it to management and I.T. department for clarity, I have also sent the email to the ombudsman for telecommunications. We need clearly defined parameters on what can be done and done with the sim cards.

I have been studying the rain 4g unlimited package for a long while now. I have been on it since last year April or March. I have asked around people in different areas in Gauteng and we seem to experience the same problems' These are the problems I have seen and contently faced with and will like clearly defined parameters on these issues. These questions should be answered by your IT department and management, please. For the below example. Please use the understanding that we looking at a family of four mother, father, kids(teens) How many devices on a route can be plugged in without the rain sim card not working at its maximum? how many of those devices can download a video on youtube at the same time, without the internet connection hanging? Can two laptops, a smart TV, and phones in the house be connected at the same time without the interruption of the connection? This being that one laptop is on a zoom meeting, one laptop is on gmail and streaming a song, the whole family is on WhatsApp, and the kids on youtube, Is this possible with the unlimited 4g package, Can one person watch Netflix on a laptop and on the next laptop the next person works? We at the space where we getting this package to work from home but it seems that its one device at a time that is what applies if more are added the network hangs. We are getting a lot of hanging time when the is the crossover of people with only the limited package around 6 pm. Some of us start to work from then. Not everyone can afford the 5g package and some areas don't have the compatibility to get this package. is the 5 g and 4 g not the speed or is it also the connection of devices also? What is the main difference between your 5 g and 4 g package I would have thought it is the bandwidth connection speed not the number of devices that can connect? when I did a test at 11:22 am ping: 151ms, download 2'98, upload: 1'27 0ne device working, a test is done at 11:26 laptop loading Netflix mind you just waiting for it to load the series, one phone on youtube playing a song and one phone one WhatsApp ping: 46ms, download: 1'10mps and upload 0'08mbps.
