HOW IS RAIN INCREASING IT'S MARKET SHARE WITH SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT???

Hellopeter is often the last resort that most people who also deal with customers frequently will take.

But my frustration with Rain internet and their none responses to my queries has landed me here!! How does Rain continue increasing their market share and rates and yet their service delivery is still the same? Most of us are working anthe only time we often get is after hours when we get home. So the only resort we have is to log a query with support.

I am sure I have more than a page filled with reference numbers of queries that were never responded to by the so called support. Even now I am fuming because I have to switch to MTN data as Rain is continuously buffering!! 🙆♀️ They don't buffer their invoices though.

And the last time I checked, the Licensee should not charge where they were unable to supply the required internet connection. Yet, Rain charges the full amount always despite their lack of service support!!!!

We are now in DECEMBER and yet I haven't received Resolution nor response on a query logged in SEPTEMBER! THIS IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY.
