How I owe Rain

I've canceled my subscription with rain on the 4th of July, after making payment on June 27th. When I called for cancelation they said it was activeted and they will collect their route and I was waiting for that collection which did not take place. Sometimes last week I received a call asking while is the router offline and I examined that I've canceled their subscription on the 4th of July then the lady told that they will do collection arrangements. Today I decided to check on the app I owe R1011.50 I'm lost. So even if you cancel rain keep changing you for what exactly becouse I was even using their router. Please good no matter how desparate you are never ever sign up for rain it's amoney making ****mers. I really wanna understand how I'm wowing so much money. Rain it's my worce nightmare I regret the day I suscribirte to this useless network that will never make or receive call with those sim card they give. Be careful guys rain is a ****
