How does one ever get assistance from Rain? I've called close to 10 times, sent a message via the support option and left aa call back request, still can't get through or get help

How does one ever get assistance from Rain? I've called close to 10 times, sent a message via the support option and left aa call back request, still can't get through or get help. How do they disconnect WiFi after one has paid for the month? I never expected to get horrible experience from Rain I'm very dissapointed and stuck with no Internet after having made payment!
