How do you get help With rain

My uncle has asked me to write a review on his behalf as he has tried logging a query more than once on the app(which doesn't work) , he has tried emailing but with no luck. Over the past few months, his rain 5G has been horrible. Firstly, he bought a backup battery which is now of no use because even when the router is on, the internet doesn't connect during load shedding. On top of that, for more than 24hours there has not been any internet. It's funny because when. You do not have internet with other isps at least they allow you to view their website, as to make payment or troubleshoot but not rain.
