How can i get my money back or another Rooter?
I bought a 5G rooter on the 1st of June 2021 and it was delivered to me in time, excellent service from the call Center. Problem, the 5G rooter do not work in Hammanskraal as they don't have 5G but they have 4G that side. Then we bought 4G under my wife's name, and i ask them to collect their 5G and it was collected on the 23/06/2021 and they received it on the 26/06/2021. Now i am struggling to get my full refund as it was promised numeral times by their agent till today.
