Canceled my contract on the 2 September 2024 been debited on the 25th September called them today to confirm if the cancelation is done as I see service is running slow but still active upon speaking to agent was informed that cancelation was not completed and I am liable for another months installment due to this matter when asking to speak to a manager I was told by the agent he refuses to allow me the right as it would make it seem he is not doing his work
