Horror Service from Rain 5G

I took out the premium 2 for 1 promotion subscription in 2022 September.

After more than 20 calls and countless emails no joy. The 1 devices was delivered and now 6 months later I am still waiting for my promotion devices.

The call centre does not give a darn. You get the same answer that it has been escalated. You are not allowed to speak to a Manager, if you insist you are told he will call you back which never happens.

Falls Marketing from Rain and absolutely horror service.

I am going to cancel my subscription.
