Horrifying Services

I am writing this review with great disappointment and dissatisfaction. I decided to stop using my rain services for almost 3 months now and with the last money on my account rain decided to debit for all three months. My services were INACTIVE and in your advertising you state “no contracts required”. Why was ai billed for a service I no longer use? I request to be contacted ASAP and a refund logged! Failure to assist I will need to log a complaint with ICASA.
