Horrifying service that almost got me fired!

I would evenlike to remove that one star! I am very disappointed in the service received today from your customer service department. I have been having internet problems since early morning before 9, I have had a similar problems in the past but were resolved on the same day after calling. today I first spoke to a lady by the name of Wendy who assisted me by escalating my query. after not hearing back form her I decided to call back and spoke to a lady by the name of Simangele, who at first dropped my call. I explained to her my situation and that I am working form home I will be in trouble if I am not logged in and working this whole time, I asked her to call me back as I was running out of airtime since I have been calling the whole morning. she did not respond, I asked her again and she just told me to wait. she the told me someone else escalated the query and there is nothing she can do as it might not be resolved today and she basically does not care if I am unable to work, I told her I have had the same issue where the router does not connect at all for hours and someone in the contact center has assisted me by connecting me to a different tower she even called me back when I ran out of airtime. but no simangele, she just put the phone down on me, look I have been using rain sim card since 2018 and have recommended it to employees at my work ever since lock down started and the treatment I am getting from you as a customer really hurts, I have been scheduled to see HR tomorrow as I have only now gotten someone who can help me hotspot from their phone, I am very disappointed and expect someone to contact me ASAP to resolve this
