Horrific Wifi System Rain Rain Go Away

Zero Stars....in fact junk status stars if possible. Rain Internet Service Provider advertises over 200Mbps......mmmm their advertising is phenomenal and we buy into it. What they do not tell you is that mbps is actually 0.22 and mbps upload is 1.72. They spent all their money on advertising and as such cannot offer you help when Rain crashes more often than the waves do on the beach. There is no contact number, no online chat...you merely fill in an online form and a ticket is sent to you. The support team remind me of ghosts you hear about them but do not see them. The mere fact that they do not respond to complaints on hello Peter....enhances my ghost theory. Please SA rather go traditional route of Internet Providers that can afford to give you back up services. Ps we pay R999.00 for no internet and no support. So I will definitely be going the route of complaining to Icasa, Department of Telecommunications, Oumbadsman and Advertising Board. We are on lockdown and I have the time to write. Please do listen to reviews as we have experienced the manure 1st hand.
