Horrific service from RAIN

This is the worst service i have ever experienced with a financial company.Rain decided to cancel my subscription without my request meaning they don’t apply TFC to their clients they do as they please.I called lastweek wanting an upgrade the sales consultant than told me about a pro rata amount that will be deducted from my account that day.I told the consultant NO than leave everything as it is i will call mnth end January to do an upgrade the consultant goes and cancel my subscription without my agreement i get home i dnt hv network i called the following day im getting no assistance the consultant just told me I should gv him my banking details he will transfer funds into my account so we can do the upgrade that seemed very ***** and *********. No manager calls me to update me nothing I have spoken to Rodric,Jacob,Thembi,Jon&Yolanda non of them can assist accordingly Than Yolanda tops it up with saying they have many clients & all managers are busy as they have many clients to assist so meaning my query is less important & im less important as a client.So since RAIN has many clients thats why u could do as u please with my money and the service that im paying for.I paid for mnth of January but i hv no network connection till date
