Horrific service

My name is Ashley.

I am highly highly ****ed off with rain. I cancelled my rain account in February and they still trying to deduct money off my account. Rain claims that they decided to put me on post payment. This I was not aware of or communicated about. So they did this without my authorization or permission.

I have requested multiple times that they cancel my account and leave my banking details alone. This they have not done. This is my third review of Rain. The service is beyond horrific.
