HORRIFIC SERVICE

I'm so disappointed in RAIN they used to be good but now they are terrible. Their debit order system had a problem and then i tried to use the pay now option which was offline, now that its back online i made payment they took my money but ive been offline for over an hour, this is supposed to take less than 5 minutes to re-activate. Now i try and call support and some lady answers and pretends she cannot hear me...so who the heck is supposed to help me if even the staff is ***********...TERRIBLE SERVICE
