Horrific Rain Network services provider

HORRIBLE 5G network no signal since the 6th June 2022 right through to today 9th June 2022 I have been unable to work I have just been a new customer to rain and now I'm already experiencing a very big problem what type of terrible network provider is this bull****!!! You call customer care and they drop the phone in your ears they tell you they can't phone you back then why am I paying every month and why was I not given a new router
