Horrific internet service provider

I received my rain sim card on Monday and up until today the sim card is not working i tried chatting to them multiple times due to the fact that their contact number isnt operating due to the national lockdown im utterly digusted at the poor services they render to customers they ask you to provide an email address so they can get in touch with you when you do it never happens what a nightmare! I need a refund asap!!
