HORRIFIC CALL CENTER SERVICE AND NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I am so frustrated and livid at the service that I'm receiving from rain. I have no internet connection. I logged a call on the 02/03/2024 received the ref number:***6 no one called me back, I called the call centre on 03/04/2024 spoke to Ntokozo and she said she is assigning my router to a tower in my area but I still have no internet I then called again spoke to Marko who put me on hold for 30 minutes while checking my profile and never said anything instead was emailed a ref number:***.Do you not car e about Customer service? Do you only care about debiting my money and care nothing at all that I can not use the service I paid for? I AM APPALLED.
