HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE SERVICE

I logged a call for my faulty router since last week and nothing has been done. Despite numerous attempts to have the issue sorted, this is truly disappointing as we pay for a service we do not get, Their bot is not help much as it keeps asking the same question and offering the same response even if it doesn't help,......I am truly disappointed at the service I have received and its unfair as we work form home and rely on the wifi for us to earn a salary and it seems Rain just doesn't CARE!!!!!!!!PlLEASE REPLAE MY ROUTER...THATS ALL I ASK
