Absolutely horrible service.

They are quick to contact you when you want to take out a new contract, but when they deduct money from your bank account without your permission or authorisation, well that's another story.

I always paid my installment online whenever I got the notification that my payment is due. How did they manage to deduct money from my bank account and how is this legal?
