Horrible treatment

I am very desapointed with your courier company bought a plan from 25th and paid until today we still waiting for the router your driver calls and says he is reschedule were else l spoke him from previous and gave him work address and confirmed with ur consultant that parcel is on its way yet am being changed but not using the service if l knew l would have never chosen rain the many other internet providers.
