Horrible support and no feedback!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm in a 5G network range according to the map and according to the support I have phone multiple times, yet I only pick up 4G. I am on their highest package, yet I get 1mbs download speed, or no internet access or slow. Everytime I phone, they say they are escalating the situation and the technical team will phone me back .There has been 0 calls from them. They have said they are sending a technical team out to site to me, no one has contacted me. They keep saying the situation has been escalted, yet no feedback. Absolutely useless. I've had rain since 2 May and wouldn't recommend it to anyone as their support after purchase is useless. Also told me to go visit one of their stores if I'm not getting calls back.... That is 4 hours away. If you can't service the area , don't sell your product here. And by the way the previous tenants picked up 5G, so I know it is possible. I've moved the router, done had resets everything. Yet I'm stuck with ****ty internet and lack of feedback.
