Horrible support,

Rain support is **********, I reported a billing issue which resulted in my internet being cut off from 1 PM today. It is 7PM no solution and no escalation options. This is the second time I experience this, Rain if you are serious about internet, take yourselves seriously you need to do better than this. Very disappointing.

I am not able to use the internet because apparently my attempted payment is marked as funds not received but I am not able to make the payment from the rain website
