Horrible services

I have been handed the financial duties to my parent's accounts and I've been calling them nonstop for two weeks. Our promise to pay amount was changed but no one gave the yes for it to be changed. Called them twice now and both times I got rudely cut off from the line. Honestly would not recommend. Their customer service is horrible and disrespectful towards their customers.
