Horrible Services

This is the most horrible internet service provider, they **** people with double billing in one month (December) with hopes that you will overlooked the invoice, currently I've paid but have not connective and they can't explain the extra amount they've added on the invoice . They will always tell you they escalating the matter to their billing department and you will be called back which never happens. If you ever need connection don't bother considering any of Rain 4G-5G services. I need them to refund me and cancel their nonsensical services
