Horrible service with no access to the internet
I do remote IT support. I cannot support any of my users that has Rain as an ISP. It takes 52 minutes to download a 90Mb file, if it doesn't fail. You have so may customers, yet you are unable to provide internet to them. Dial up would be more effective than Rain. I am just putting this out there so that maybe I can change people's minds from signing up to this horrible service in the future. It's not a tower or a temp issue. I've had to deal with 100s of Rain customers who I couldn't assist in the last year,

03 May 2021, 15:43You didn't read my complaint. Like I said, It's every single Rain user. I am not a customer, but your service is preventing me from doing any support over your network.
