Horrible service to long standing clients

Been with Rain for quite some time now (approx 3 years) we've upgraded all the way to the 5g Home package (almost 2 years ago) at R739 pm which is supposed to run at about 50mbs however we get an average of about 20mbs if we're lucky and even when there is internet its unstable throughout. I've reported and reported and still waiting on response from their technical teams (2 months later still nothing) and its not the area we live in as the average speeds of our neighbours with other ISPs at lower costs is 50mbs and stable. I will be cancelling Rain this month rather go with anyone else Rain is pathetic in providing internet services and don't get back to you when you lodge complaints or ask assistance.
