Horrible service -Rain network

I've been using rain network for a while for my 5G WiFi. My debit date was set for the 25th of every month . In December they send an SMS for early debit because of holidays. I paid for my service on the 20th. After the 1st of the month I deceived to change my debit date to the first. They have now cut my WiFi saying that I am owing them yet my WiFi was paid for the month. I have asked to receive a call of which nothing has been done. I want my WiFi reconnected
