Horrible Service Provider, wouldn't recomment to anyone!!
Horrible service provider, horrible customer service! Most days the internet is off and when you call and express your frustration, the consultant has a nerve to tell you that the conversation is not going anywhere and she drops the call!! The NERVE! I'm paying my money, you're not doing me a favour!!! Worse you don't even bother communicating with your customers if the internet is going to be down, we have to call you and then hold for like 7 min before getting a consultant, no man you need to do better!

I asked the lady to call me back since I was running out of airtime, have been buying data with my aritime for the last 4 days and she told me that she can't call me back, guys you don't respect us!

07 Jan 2023, 11:305th day without internet, tried the option that you gave me and it did not work, if anything it started saying "invalid sim/no sim card" had to switch it back to the original tower. How long will your technicians take to fix the problem? And this is not the 1st time, this tower always has an issue, why can't you find a permanent solution?? We don't have money to spend on data on other networks, it's january! Can we please get the service that we paid R529 for!!!

08 Jan 2023, 19:22We've tried that optio and it's not working, I'm expecting my account to be credited for the 1 week (hopefully) that you didn't deliver. R529 / 4 weeks is R132,25 per week. As it stands, I should be credite R132.25 and if tomorrow I still don't have data, the daily rate should be credited into my account! This is really frustrating and disappointing, I don't care so much about being credited. I just want you to deliver what I pay for! I'm self employed and this does not only affect me and my family personally but it also affects my money!! Please sort this out, it's been a week already! It feels like you don't respect your customers!

10 Jan 2023, 09:20It's now day 9 without the internet, this is revolting! And please don't respond with "we're going to credit your account" as that's not the point! I subscribed to a monthly unlimite wifi service provider as I don't have funds to buy data every day but here I am, buying data daily, I don't have funds for that! You keep saying your technicians are working on it but for how long???? We are on a 2nd week without data, we work from home, this is causing a huge inconvenience. It's like you just don't care!

02 Feb 2023, 10:00Dear Rain,
You said you were going to credit me for the 9 days that I didn't have wifi but you did not, I had to call to follow up, you then only credited me R68.25. Can you please explain how did you get to this amount? I should have been credit R153 for the 9 days.
Pro rata rates is calculated: R529 (which is my monthly premium) divided by the number of days for the month in question, January had 31 days.
R529/31, you then get a daily rate and multiply that with the number of days that I had wifi (22 days) Total is R376 rounded-off and this is what I should have been billed for January and be refunded the balance of R153 which should go towards my February invoice.
Now please explain to me, how did you get to R68.25 as a refund for 9 days? cause my invoice for Feb is R460.75 instead of R376.
Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated, tried calling your call center twice but there was no answer.
Regards,

02 Feb 2023, 11:38R102,39 is still not fair, my credit should be R153 and nothing less but my mental peace is much more important than going back and forth with anyone so I will accept this. Feb subscription paid!

16 Feb 2023, 11:45Dear Rain,
So I've cancelled my subscription due to obvious reasons, now I would like to get clarity regarding being billed on the 1st March for my current usage (Feb) yet I paid for Feb. My understanding is that I need to give 30 days notice and since this month is already paid for, it means my notice starts from 1st March until end of it and of course you’ll have to bill me for that last month, hence the debit for 1st March. However you want to end the service end of Feb but still invoice me for March..? please make it make sense. Regards,

16 Feb 2023, 12:25If this was the case, then why did I pay upfront for my very 1st subscription? cause if I'm billed post-paid then my sim card should have been delivered and activated without payment and you bill me end of that month. However that was not the case, payment was due immediately. Which means I first pay for usage BEFORE granted service. The post-paid explanation doesn't make sense. I would understand the 30 days notice and of course being billed for it but I don't understand cancelling the sim end of Feb but yet still bill me for March when I'm not using it, what are you billing me for exactly? cause it's NOT February which I already paid for!

16 Feb 2023, 13:10Firstly, the two payments I made upfront in June were for 2 separate sim cards. The 2nd one was ordered a week or so later. Secondly I was billed for both sims end of June (1st July) and you debited x2 R479 allocated towards my July usage, then 1st August same thing. Payment made on 1st Aug to cover that months' usage. So this post-paid system is not app**** and this is my whole point. Don't say your customers are billed post-paid when they're clearly not!
Maybe you could review your policies and consider the 30 days notice that you bill your clients for and still provide the service until the end of the notice, that way it's fair. Your customers won't feel like it's a rip-off!
Have decided to reverse the cancellation cause it seems like the service provider I wanted to use, has similar issues like you (slow connectivity or no connectivity at all) so rather the devil I know!
Take care, hopefully we won't be having issues anytime soon. This relationship has been too much, I need time to heal ha ha ha. So please people, do what you promised to do. I will also do my part!
