Horrible Service Provider - There is no Service at All

I received the rain router just over 30 hours ago and it has not worked since. Called the support line numerous times for assistance however to no avail. I have resorted to purchasing prepaid data elsewhere in order to fulfill the needs that were meant to be seen to by the rain service provider. I can no longer wait for this to be resolved, i want someone to call me back, cancel this subscription and refund my money back. This service provider is a joke, the router hasn't work from inception, support at some point told me there was nothing they could do. How am I supposed to trust that this relationship will be worthwhile henceforth? Horrible experience.
