Horrible service provider I have seen

I am very angry with this Rain service provider. I received simple card I paid R479 and did rica but still i can't use the services because sim showing no signal. Are this people who are writing good service about working for you. I sent several email and still no respond, u just 24-48hours. I want to cancel this and I need my money back. You can take your ******* simple card. I'm self employed and i used my money to get network but now I can't work because of you. My contact +*** call me I want to cancel
