Horrible service provider

It really gets frustrating to be constantly on this site because of an awful service that is provided by rain

Every week without fail we will not be connected for days and when reaching out to them they have a special response that you are connected and not a different site than usual

I was trying promised that my account will be adjusted and reimbursed for the non-connection but they still debit even though there is no service provided

Rain is such a horrible service provider
