Horrible service provider

Rain is the worst, for the whole of January, I could not use the internet had to always buy mobile data. Rain always show strong signal on the router but never connects to internet. Rain is the worse network ever, very poor service., even they help I keep asking for on their website, they never attended to that. Rain is horrible
