Horrible service Provider

I subscribed to their service and because of poor service in my area I cancelled my profile immediately. Now a month later my sim is still active and i was debited R233.38 for a service they never offered. This is an example of a typical South African provider that try's to milk people without offering any meaningful service. And to make matters worse you can't get hold of anyone as there is no telephonic way of getting hold of them. messages are just ignored. Those that want to use RAIN please be very careful before giving them your banking details as they will milk you irrespective of whether they offer a service or not.
