Horrible service. Not wanting to cancel

A few weeks ago I logged a query and asked them to cancel my subscription. They sent me confirmation that iflt had been done and that someone would call me. No one ever called me.

On the 24th of April I called the call center just to confirm that it had been canceled and that no debit order would go off. I spoke to an agent named Abby who gave me a call reference number ***6 and assured me that my subscription was canceled and that no debit order would go off on the 25th.

This morning (25th April) I wake to find that the debit order had gone off for Rain.

I want my money back and my subscription canceled as I had requested a few weeks ago!!!!!
