Horrible Service-No connection

Ticket#*** We signed up with rain on 2 July 2021,we paid our first month's subscription. Since Monday 5 July we have been trying to resolve why the Sim card is not working properly it does not have signal, it is not connecting we have been unable to use it. The network support team was suppose to resolve this matter and phone me yesterday which did not happen. Service has been absolutely **** and we are on the Brink to cancel our subscription and ask for a refund. I expect better service and problem solving as they are not bothered to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
