Horrible service, my sim is still not connected!

I have never in my life had such degrading and horrible service.. Rain advisors are rude and hsve no idea what custoner service is... I have been trying to get my issue resolved since the 18th and no one seems to care! I have spoken to team leaders Itumeleng and Ofenste and nothing has been done. Just like the advisors they have no idea what they are doing.. i stead i keep geeting tossed from pillar to post. I have spent R200 airtime to get thia issue resolved because when i call in I am placed on hold for a good 30 minuts and no one ever comes back to me... When i do follow up calls i am told an escalation ticket is logged i must wait 24 hours, how may tickets must be logged for the same issue? I missed 2 exams because of rain's horrinlybtrained staff!

All i want now is my service to be in good working order by close of business to day if this is not done cancel my service and refund my money for all these days i have been offline!!
