HORRIBLE SERVICE / MY ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT ACTIVE
Rain Network is absolutely pathetic, I was so excited to move to Rain because it's affordable but I constantly have service issues, NOBODY CAN HELP ME. I ordered and paid Prorata on the 9th of January and they say it takes 3-5 working days, I only received my package on the 22nd January, they also say it takes up to 24 hours to activate, today is the 25th January and it is still not active, now they said they lost my account information but they already debited my account, this is THE WORST SERVICE EVER, absolutely pathetic.
