Horrible service from RAIN.co.za (ISP)

I made a payment to RAIN (The ISP in South Africa) using an OTT voucher on Friday the 2nd of January and this is a method I have used several times. My internet was not restored and I sent my POP to their document upload address but nothing happened still. Everytime I seek assistance on their APP I am subjected to bots that only tell me that they understand my frustration and will escalate the matter. When you log on to ask the bot if you have any active requests and the same bot will tell you you dont have any active calls. Their helpline is even worse because you are now talking to humans but they also give you the same answers like they are programmed bots as well. If you want piece of mind stay away from RAIN and find another ISP.
