HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM RAIN ISP

These people have basically ****** from me, I have asked for a refund, even though it took them 3 months to come and take their unused 5G router from my place, it has been 4 days and I have heard nothing about the status of my refund or when that will happen. I can't think of any worse ISP, I highly recommend anyone who wants to use Rain to please save yourself the time, money and energy and find an Internet Provider that is well known the only rain you should enjoy is the one coming from above.
